Singapore’s Signage Contractor for Government, Franchise, and Infrastructure Projects
MC Design & Solution Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in 2015 with a straightforward purpose: to build a signage contractor Singapore’s main contractors, franchise networks, and infrastructure developers could actually rely on. Not a company that wins the job on price and falls short on delivery; a company structured, accredited, and staffed to handle work where getting it wrong has real consequences.
Over the following decade, MCDS grew into one of Singapore’s most active signage and metalworks contractors, delivering over 1,000 projects every year across two specialist internal teams. The Commercial Team handles franchise fit-outs, retail signage programmes, and multi-outlet rollouts. The Construction Team handles government infrastructure, MRT station works, public transport facilities, and large-scale development projects. Both teams run simultaneously on separate project tracks, so a franchise operator’s programme is never delayed because an infrastructure mobilisation has taken priority.
Over 10,000 projects have been completed since incorporation; across 30-plus MRT stations, SBS Transit interchanges, MOE school campuses, and master franchise network rollouts across Singapore. The company holds bizSAFE Level 4 and ISO 9001 certifications, both standard requirements for government and LTA subcontractor appointments. All fabrication is produced in-house at the Kaki Bukit premises in Shun Li Industrial Park, on new equipment acquired in 2024 and 2025.
